Local Lodge 1125 Organizing for a better future  Organizing workers will help them get better benefits, retirement and wages, this is needed more than ever since the down turn of the economy. Our private sector workers have been raped of their 401k's and companies who previously matched are now not offering such benefits. We are at a time with the new President Barrack Obama to have a promising chance at better wages, benefits and a right to choose if they want to go union.
